A new Community Market in Nailsea will start on Saturday 21st September from 9am 1pm, offering a different range of stalls to customers. The market which will run alongside the existing Farmers’ & Craft Market, allows individuals, organisations and businesses in the local community to sell, fundraise or showcase what they do.
The new market will encourage more people to shop locally or to use local businesses and to support local needs. A total of 11 stalls will be set up in Colliers Walk under a large canopy with its own Community Market banner. There will be a range of crafts, preserves, honey as well as stalls offering babysitting and dressmaking services.
The market will continue to run on the third Saturday in the month and transform the Shopping Centre into a large Market area.
The 21st will see a bumper market with stalls celebrating the ‘British Food Fortnight’ and ‘Made In’ North Somerset Food, Drink, Arts and Crafts Festival. Howards Bistro will be dishing out delicious tasters, plus music and dancing around the Centre.
